Damaged or Defective Items

Please note:

  • Damage to packaging only (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage.
  • If your item qualifies, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • We do not replace or refund items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper handling.
